At the risk of sounding like a Pollyanna, I feel compelled to make special mention of the team that managed my care from Dr. Nelson who took the time to explain the surgery that may be routine to her but certainly not to patients; Andra who explained things to me and engaged in a little small talk too (so important for calming); Tom who helped me after the surgery and endured my funniness, thanks Tom! I can't wait for my other eye to get a cataract so I can go back! In all seriousness, the staff, the facility.. all amazing. I had originally checked out another place in another town, but their prices kept going up with so many add ons that it got irritating.
