Mine was a positive experience at every point of contact. I was especially impressed with the nurses and the Doctor himself. One surgical nurse welcomed me to sit down and try and answer the questions I had while trying to decide which lens to go with, and how a multifocal actually works. I never felt pressured to go either way, but chose a multifocal because I fervently dislike having to wear glasses - and I’m very happy with the results!
